Orchid Ave and Surfers Paradise Ave, Surfers Paradise

Completed in 2011, Raptis was responsible for the concept, design and marketing of this hotel.

There are two towers in this development – one residential and one for the Hotel.

The Orchid Avenue Tower (Hotel) offers a total of 169 guest rooms on levels 3-15, including an executive floor and lounge on level 15 and then sub penthouse and penthouse suites on the levels above.

Amenities in the hotel include gymnasium, sauna, heated spa, cinema, 40m lap pool, indoor pool, children’s pool, barbeque and entertainment area, outdoor bar, luxury day spa, gourmet restaurant, business centre and conference centre and features a retail precinct at ground level.

The Boulevard Tower features 32 levels of residential apartments – 186 in total and was completed in February 2009.

The Boulevard tower offers a huge range of facilities including heated indoor lap pool, recreational outdoor pool, cinema, gymnasium, sauna and heated spa, poolside barbeque and entertainment area and also offered room service and access to the hotel’s business lounge and conference centre.
