Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise

The creation of The Towers of Chevron Renaissance offered an opportunity for the realisation of a unique vision of this iconic site.

Raptis conceived the Gold Coast’s first ‘beaches in the sky’ – an oasis of tropical lagoons, white sand beaches, tranquil grottos and linking causeways, all set above the vibrant retail precinct below and surrounded by a trio of luxurious residential towers.

Located in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Chevron Renaissance Village is a shopping, dining and entertainment hub that has quickly become a favourite destination for both locals and visitors.

European village-style architecture blends with the Gold Coast’s casual seaside lifestyle. Inviting sidewalk cafés, charming fountain piazza, palm-lined boulevards, cosmopolitan restaurants and boutiques all add to the ambience.

Chevron Renaissance Village has a wide range of specialty retailers, elegant salons and day spas; all anchored by a major supermarket.

Above the retail precinct, the second level offers a selection of commercial office space.

The first of the Towers of Chevron Renaissance takes its name from the famous Skyline Lounge, the sophisticated Chevron Hotel entertainment hub that was once Surfers Paradise’s most popular meeting place.

Based on research by Raptis, Skyline tower offers a range of apartment types all designed to optimise lifestyle enjoyment.

Rising to forty levels above the street, the 183 apartment Skyline Tower comprises two penthouses, eight three-bedroom sub-penthouses and 173 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

Skyline North, the second and tallest of The Towers of Chevron Renaissance rises to fifty levels and offers six luxurious sub-penthouses, of which two are dual level.

Completing the development, Skyline Central, the forty level third tower joins the statuesque Skyline and Skyline North illuminating the Surfers Paradise landscape.

The Towers of Chevron Renaissance offered meticulously designed luxury penthouses that were replete with quality fixtures and fittings.
