The two-tower Bel Air Resort was designed as a lifestyle haven, in close proximity to all Broadbeach has to offer.
Bel Air featured extensive leisure and lifestyle facilities including a two-tiered roman style cascading outdoor pool, childrens wading pool, barbeque and entertainment areas.
Internally features include a 20m indoor heated lap pool, gymnasium, sauna and heated spa.
Bel Air’s towers comprise a total of 263 apartments and 12 retail outlets.
It was completed in November 2001.
