Mykonos was the first Raptis beachfront development, and introduced graceful Mediterranean design and curved balconies to the Gold Coast.

Completed in February 1978, Mykonos is a low-rise development of five levels containing 21 residential apartments and an outdoor swimming pool.

Construction was completed in 30 weeks.
