Orchid Avenue, Surfers Paradise

Monte Carlo continued the transformation of Orchid Avenue with graceful mediterranean inspired achitecture.

Completed in May 1981, Monte Carlo is a 14 level residential tower with a mix of residential and retail offerings. Monte Carlo consists of 36 residential apartments and 16 retail outlets. There is also an outdoor swimming pool, saunas and spa.

Construction was completed in 34 weeks.
